This Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations, or service returns are applicable, as well as the cases where refunds may not be granted.
By making a purchase or engaging with our services, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy, which should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
This Policy applies to all:
Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, advertising campaigns, content creation, website development, etc.)
Subscriptions or monthly retainers offered by Trendy Wave Digital
Transactions completed through our official website www.trendywavedigital.com, direct invoices, or authorized channels
This Policy does not cover refunds for services purchased via third-party vendors, freelancers, or unauthorized resellers.
Refund requests may be considered if:
Service Not Delivered
The agreed project or campaign has not been initiated as per proposal timelines.
Order Placed by Error
An accidental order was placed and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.
Non-Responsiveness
The client has not received any response or project updates from our team for more than 7 working days after documented follow-up.
Failure to Meet Agreement Terms
Our services fail to meet key commitments or deliverables as per the signed contract or official proposal, subject to objective evaluation.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Completed Services
Once work, consultation, or campaign delivery has been completed and delivered to the client.
Delays Due to Client
Delays caused by failure to provide timely information, approvals, access credentials, or required materials.
Customized/Retainer Services
Monthly retainer plans once a new billing cycle has started.
Customized packages that include ongoing work.
Third-Party Costs
Expenses such as advertising spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, stock images, plugins, hosting, and software licensing that Trendy Wave Digital pays to third parties on the client’s behalf are strictly non-refundable.
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if the client simply decides not to proceed after a service has already been initiated.
In rare scenarios where services have been partially delivered or costs have already been incurred, we may approve a partial refund. The amount will be calculated after deducting:
Time, resources, and effort already invested
Costs paid to third-party platforms or vendors
Pro-rated charges for completed project phases
To initiate a refund request:
Step 1: Submit a written request via email to info@trendywavedigital.com within 7 calendar days of issue discovery.
Step 2: Include details such as:
Full name and company name
Payment reference number/invoice ID
Service purchased and payment date
Clear reason for requesting a refund
Step 3: Our accounts & compliance team will acknowledge your request within 3–5 working days.
Step 4: An internal review and verification will be conducted. Supporting documents may be requested.
Step 5: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Immediate Cancellation
Orders or services can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by notifying our team in writing.
Full refund applies if cancellation is requested within this period and no work has started.
After Project Initiation
If work has already started, cancellation is possible, but only partial refunds may apply after deduction of effort, hours, and third-party costs.
Automatic Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
Payment is not received.
Illegal or unethical project requests are discovered.
False or misleading information was provided by the client.
Payments and purchases made for one client or project cannot be transferred to another project, domain, or person without prior written approval.
The total refund liability of Trendy Wave Digital will in no case exceed the actual amount paid by the client for that specific service.
We are not responsible for:
Fluctuations in ad performance due to market competition or algorithm changes
Business revenue shortfall not directly linked to service quality
Refund claims based on subjective satisfaction rather than agreed deliverables
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business or laws. Updated versions will be published on our website with revised effective dates. Continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of changes.
